Daiba, literally meaning "fort", refers to some of the man made islands in the Bay of Tokyo, which were constructed in the end of the Edo Period (1603-1868) for the city's protection against attacks from the sea.
In the 1990s, Odaiba developed into one of Tokyo's most visited locales with lots of shopping and entertainment available. This image is one corner of a large arcade/game center. Note i am sitting in a jeep-shaped game called "Let's Go Jungle". You can see the game on the far left and right as well as reflected in the mirror directly ahead. This panorama is a bit more than 180 degrees. |

Berlin Hauptbahnhof, or Berlin Central Station, is the main railway station in Berlin, Germany and the largest crossing station in Europe. It began full operation on 28 May 2006. It is now Europe's largest two-level railway station. It is located on the site of the historic Lehrter Bahnhof (see sign on left), and until it opened as a main line station, it was a stop on the Berlin S-Bahn suburban railway temporarily named Berlin Hauptbahnhof–Lehrter Bahnhof.
