London at Night, taken from the South Bank Centre. Big Ben and the London Eye can be seen on the left, whilst the Royal Air Force Memorial, crowned by Sir William Reid Dick’s gilt eagle, can be seen in the centre of the GigaPan. There are numerous other hidden details to be discovered here in London the city of the Olympics 2012 and home of the Royal Wedding 2011.

This is a big gigapan I shot on Saturday evening. It's a huge Gigapan and took 16 hours to stitch. 47 images wide X 23 images tall totaling 1081 images.
I missed some of the balloons on the first pass so I backed the unit up and reshot a section. The lighter background in the sky was caused when I readjusted the exposure during shooting. The sun was setting fast and light was fading.EDS Credit Union Plano Balloon Festival - Plano, Texas - September 19 - 21, 2008

It is not just a big picture, is a moment of country life, with people, architecture and vegetation that make what is San Pellegrino Terme
Images gipan always arouse fascination and amazement, but unfortunately the images are devoid of content or do not add significant than the classic shot, I think that this technique should be a means, not an end.
Making an image gigapan, just to make it big, it's a waste of time and resources.
Making unnatural postcards to 180 ° can be used to crea...

Goosenecks State Park is located near the southern border of the state of Utah. The park is 'simply' an overlook into the 1000 ft. deep meanders of the San Juan River that runs from southern Colorado through Utah and finally into Lake Powell where it joins the Colorado River. At some point in time, people from Phoenix and Los Angeles will be drinking the water that flows past this spot as they both draw on the Colorado River some 500 miles further downstream.

If this pano looks a little low, it's because the GigaPan blurred all the top-row images despite the use of the 2-sec self-timer. Let me know if anyone has a fix for this.

One of the most popular places to visit in the State of Texas; these two links explain it all: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Antonio_River_Walk and http://hubpages.com/hub/Texas-San-Antonio-Riverwalk-Fun-tourist-destination
As for my friends (http://tinyurl.com/Wendy001) and I, we had a wonderful time eating at this restaurant, riding the River Boat and walking around seeing the sights.
This 15-photo hand-held panorama was taken with a Leica D-Lux 3 camera and stitched as usual using t...

Left is the Forth Road Bridge. When it opened in the early 1960s it was the largest suspension bridge in Europe, and the 4th largest in the world. Now it carries vehicles to/from the Kingdom of Fife into the Edinburgh area.
Right is the very beautiful Forth (rail) Bridge - a testament to Scottish engineering in the Victorian era. Once described as the most overly-engineered structure in the world, it is a potent symbol for the people of Scotland. We love it.
n.b. it is undergoing maintenance wo...
