During the spring (and it seems fall) the mustard fields glow yellow. |

Tomato plants and a little surprise at the sebastopol farmer's market |

Depot Street starts at Screaming Mimi's and dead ends three blocks later in the building with the Guayaki Bar. On the left the new development at 100 Brown, then looking West on Bodega Highway. The American flag marks the city building and Library.
Screaming Mimi's is in pink, then the lumber yard which has been abandoned for a decade or more. A peak at the movie theatre, in a former brandy factory, then the two empty lots at 6826 Depot, then Imperial Door and Millwork at 6794 Depot, a glimpse of the Art's Center, then the Green and Orange of Guayaki, ending on the right with the grey of the NAPA Auto Parts building. Depot street is straight from screaming mimi's, the pink bldg on the left, to the guayki building, the orange and green building to the right - the U-shaped effect is distortion from the extreme field of view (over 180 degrees). 162 images (approx) 12.8 minutes exposure time. Another shot using the 12 foot tripod. We noticed that the Gigapan was swaying a bit in the wind. Spencer was concerned, since 'there were times when I could lean back at burning man, and the wind would keep me up.' This was stitched with an experimental stitcher version. |

Sunday morning, early, sunrise at the O'Reilly campus in Sebastopol.
The truck at the left is Chicken John's truck which runs on Coffee grounds. |

Ives pools is where the Sebastopol Sea Serpents swim. It was the first place I added to Platial (not because it is that special, but because it is the place closest to my house, which is not my house, which is worth adding to a map.)

Just down the street from my house. All over town they are ripping up streets and running around with trucks full of asphalt trying to find the asphalting-machines. Not always succesfully.

The Barrow plant from the north east. The tree to the left is where the 'welcome to sebastopol' sign is - with the 'nuclear free' statement, and our sister cities. This is the prime area which would be likely redeveloped into (up to) 4 story shops offices and live work spaces. |
