Lugano lies at the edge of Lake Lugano (Italian: Lago di Lugano or Ceresio), which is situated between the lakes Lago Maggiore and Lago di Como, south of the Alps.

Obersee am Königssee
The (Obersee) upper lake is a natural lake in the Berchtesgadener Alps. The lake is separated from the Königssee by a moraine embankment. On the right side you can see the Fischunkelalm and on the left side the Watzmann mountain. The Isar provides the power supply for Munich, it is a recreation area for Munich, it invites for walks, hikes, inline skating, bicycle riding…There is always something to do along the Isar. The little islands and the pebble banks shift and change each year – but the Isar remains the same – the vital artery of Munich.

The Roethbachfall is the tallest waterfall in Germany. It's located in the very southeast corner of Germany, close to the Koenigssee. The falls consist of three tiers, a large horsetail, a smaller plunge, and a series of cascades before the stream flows into Lake Obersee and later into Lake Koenigssee.

The popular ski resort near the idyllic Spitzingsee lake, around 70 km south of Munich offers wonderful winter sporting activities. The area has now been reinstated as one of the top 5 ski resorts in Germany. A modern artificial snow system and the exposed heights of 980–1,693 m above sea level mean that snow is guaranteed throughout the season. 23 km of slopes, 2 modern 4-seater chairlifts with protective covers, 1 gondola and 13 drag lifts ensure skiing pleasure for everyone. The fun park on the Unteren Firstalm is considered an eldorado by snowboarders, including pros, who use it as a training ground.

Obergurgl-Hochgurgl 1.800 - 3.080m where snow is always guaranteed.
Located in the upper Ötztal Valley on the main Alpine ridge. Total slope length 110km (Hochgurgl ski area: approx. 54 km, Obergurgl ski area: approx. 56 km): Took this panorama end of April and as you can see there are not many people on the slope even the snow conditions was excellent. 360° spherical panorama mode of 420 pictures at focal length of 120mm. Seefeld is a village in the Tirol province of Austria and is located 17 km northwest of Innsbruck. It is a popular destination for walking holidays in the summer, and winter sports in winter. It has two main mountain areas (for walking or skiing) - one is the round hill "Gschwandtkopf" and the other is a series of mountains (known incorrectly as "Roßhütte" after the large mountain restaurant half-way up). These mountains dominate the Seefeld plateau - from left/north to right/south, they are the Seefelderjoch, Seefelderspitze, Härmelekopf and Reitherspitze.
