This GigaPan was taken with an Olympus e510 (custom bracket) and the 40-150mm kit lens set at 100 (200mm equivalent). This was taken at almost peak foliage color. The green is evergreen trees and oak that turns dirty brown later. |

Near the state line of Massachusetts and Vermont.
If drawing a line from the center of top edge to the center of right side, the triangle of top right corner (about 1/8 of the photo) is in Vermont, the rest is in Massachusetts. |

This is a view from the Mattapoisett Town Landing off Mattapoisett Neck Road. This is a handheld panoramic stitch using 96 12 megapixel frames on a Nikon D90. Starting at the left is the Mattapoisett River outlet, the old railroad bridge, the Shining Tides YMCA camp, the Mattapoisett Wharf and further to the east are some homes off Mattapoisett Neck Road. This is my first Gigapan (handheld). |

Lat/long: 41.740884,-70.612948 Not sure why it's cockeyed, but I think I understand the stitching errors. |
