This is the same Hanauma Bay panorama as http://gigapan.org/viewGigapan.php?id=4450. It's 70 columns X 25 rows of individual 8 megapixel frames stitched almost seamlessly by the GigaPan stitcher. Wave movement and people movement result in some interesting, often fun, stitching results, though.Mahalo nui loa to Scott Telstad for fixing the exposur...

226042x21693px image will make you surprised of the details and the hiden places that could be seen. This is I thing the widest view of the town Kocani where the alomost 70% of the town is visible.
THIS IS THE HAND MADE PANORAMA WITHOUT USING THE ROBOT. Before last step corrections the pano was between 6-7Gpx, but in order to get the nice composition and quality it was cropped in Photoshop to 5Gpx. At the begining I almost reached the Photoshop limit of 300.000 px. Amazing experiance and re...

I made this Gigapan image from the north press platform during President Obama's inaugural address at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC on January 20, 2009. It's made up of 220 images and the final image size is 59,783 X 24,658 pixels or 1,474 megapixels.
There are a few known stitching errors in this image. A NEW VERSION of the photo with most of the stitching errors corrected can be seen here:

Shanghai, one of the most populous cities in the world, has never been pictured in such enormous detail. Let the world experience this fast growing city and understand China is always my dream. Through my telephoto lens, I wish you, the viewer, can blend into the daily life in Shanghai and enjoy your virtual visit.
Before being introduced to Gigapan, I used manual panorama head (Manfrotto 303SPH) and fisheye lens to take spherical panorama and build virtual tours for my clients. In late 20...

Here's Government Plaza in Minneapolis on a balmy April First. That's Hennepin County Government Center on the left and Minneapolis City Hall on the right.
By merest coincidence, this panorama captured a number of gigapanographers, some more than once. Can you find the following people?
