Ten years ago I took a panorama near this spot using film. I recently posted it, http://gigapan.org/gigapans/30346. Providence Place was still under construction and I was down on the bridge over the river, so I couldn't see the capitol building. This time, I am on higher ground overlooking the river, Providence Place is flourishing, several high-rises have sprouted and the beautiful marble capital building is in full view.
